The Way of the Maker is a fun and insightful view into the wonder of God’s creation. It is comprehendible and easy to follow and offers a story along with the narrative. My favorite was in chapter 4, where I read about the human body and how irreducibly complex some of our parts are! The holy word says we were made from the dust of the ground. It just so happens the elements that make up dust are the same that make up man—oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, zinc, carbon, calcium, phosphorus, and iron.

The Way of the Maker is a fantastic resource to learn more about God, His creation, and sharing His creation story with nonbelievers in an inviting and compassionate way. Using Biblical insights and tangible parts of creation we can see around us each day, the author invites the reader to renew their wonder in His creation and then turn around and share that wonder with others. The Way of the Maker is a much-needed resource in our overly technologized and under-awed modern society.
